Refund & Cancellation Policy – CusenReach
This policy explains refunds for subscriptions and message credits.
Subscription Plans
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
- Plans can be cancelled anytime
- Cancellation stops next renewal only
Message Credits
- WhatsApp credits are prepaid
- Used credits are non-refundable
- Unused credits remain valid as per plan
Meta Pass-Through Charges
Charges incurred from Meta WhatsApp usage:
- Are non-refundable
- Depend on message delivery
- Subject to Meta pricing changes
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Duplicate payment occurred
- Technical error on our side
- Service not activated after payment

Processing Time
- Review within 5 business days
- Approved refunds within 7–10 days
- Original payment method only
Disputes
Disputes must be raised within 7 days of charge.
