Data Deletion & Account Removal – CusenReach
CusenReach respects user rights to delete their personal data and account information.
What Can Be Deleted
You may request deletion of:
- Account profile information
- WhatsApp messaging logs
- Contact data stored in CRM
- Campaign and automation history
- Business identifiers
- Analytics records
How to Request Deletion
You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:
- From Platform Dashboard
- Login to your CusenReach account
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account
- Confirm deletion request
- Email Request
Send an email to: policy@cusenreach.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request Please include:- Registered email
- Business name
- Phone number used in platform
- WhatsApp Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message received via CusenReach.
Deletion Timeline
- Requests are processed within 7 business days
- Backups removed within 30 days
- Billing records retained as required by law
Data Retained by Meta
Messages processed via WhatsApp Cloud API may be subject to Meta retention under their policies. CusenReach cannot delete data stored independently by Meta.
