This page explains how to have data deleted from CusenReach. Meta requires every app to publish these instructions, and we honour deletion requests whether they arrive through Meta, through the app, or by email.
Your messages belong to the business you contacted — CusenReach stores them on that business's behalf. You have two routes:
If you are a business owner who connected a Meta channel and you simply want to revoke access:
Removing the app revokes our access tokens immediately. Meta then notifies us, and we delete the stored tokens and channel identifiers for that connection. Conversations already in your workspace are kept unless you also ask for them to be deleted — use section 3 for that.
From inside your workspace you can delete individual contacts and conversations, and disconnect any channel, at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately and is removed from backups on the normal backup rotation (within 35 days).
Go to Account Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete workspace, or email privacy@cusenreach.com from the address registered on the account. We will confirm the request, then permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise all workspace data — contacts, conversations, channel connections and access tokens — within 90 days.
We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it — for example invoices and tax records, or logs needed to investigate fraud or abuse. These are kept only for as long as the obligation lasts and are not used for any other purpose. Messages already delivered to Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp remain on Meta's own systems and are governed by Meta's policies; we cannot delete those on your behalf.
We confirm every completed deletion in writing to the address that made the request. If you have not heard from us within 30 days, please write again to privacy@cusenreach.com — we would rather receive a duplicate than miss a request.
